We can collect or repair on site (dependant on seriousness or problem):
There is No call out fee. Only a 1 hour minimum - this to fully diagnose the problem and in most cases fix
£40 per hour (1 hour min. £20 per half hour thereafter).
If you bring your PC to us we charge £35 per hour. (1 hour min. £17.50 per half hour thereafter).
We always give an approximate quote for all fixes and repairs
You do not need to bring your monitor, mouse, keyboard etc just the computer unit.
If we cannot fix the problem there is no charge - so there is no risk!
Excluded is the cost of any parts if needed - We will always advise you on the best course of action.
If we fix your computer, there is no guarantee the problem will not re-occur or new problems occur! If you take the necessary precautions and treat your PC with Care this should not happen. Always ask!
No Fix - No Fee Policy

Our No-Fix-No-Fee policy means that if we do not possess the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then no charge is made to the customer.
- If we are able to resolve the problem, but are only prevented from doing so because the customer does not possess the required software CD-ROM, Product Key or licence then the customer is charged for the engineer's time spent to that point.
- If the engineer provides a clear and precise diagnosis of the problem and the customer decides not to proceed with either the replacement of the component or any other fix procedure, then the customer is charged for our time spent to that point.
Note: It is advised you back-up all your personal data (which you should do as a matter of course anyway) before sending your computer anywhere for repair, as sometimes re-installing software can cause data loss.
